Dark Dried Malt (1kg)
A great substitute for sugar that will improve the body, malt character and head retention of your beer. Adds additional roasty flavours compared to light malt extract that’s perfect for darker beers.
Dissolve in fermenter with 2L hot water, make your beer as normal.
If adding hops, mix malt blend and hop sachet with 2L of water in a pot. Bring to the boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and leave stand for 10 minutes. Pour into fermenter and make beer as normal.
