The DigiBoil electric kettle can serve a surprisingly wide range of functions. It's perfect for 5-gallon extract or BIAB batches, preheating strike or sparge water, and with the addition of a still top lid and condenser, it can be used for home distilling.
Use it to preheat your strike water or sparge water to a precise temperature. Pair it with a pump kit and heat exchanger to use it for HERMS brewing. Or slap on a still top lid and condenser for distilling! With so many ways to use the DigiBoil, and an affordable price tag to boot, it's hard not to get excited about this electric kettle!
This model runs off 240 volt power and has dual heating elements (1900w and 500w) that can be controlled independently. allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage both elements to get up to mash temp quickly or go from mash temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s).
Includes 304 stainless steel 1/2" ball valve with 13 mm barb (approx. 1/2"). The barb can be removed to attach 1/2" FPT fittings if desired.

This flow management (FM) design of reflux still has been designed to create high percentage pure neutral spirit.
The FM technology used in this design makes this process robust and easy to use. No need to worry about water pressures and fine tuning of water flow speeds. The FM design gives you direct control of the reflux ratio and therefore the purity of your end product. It’s never been so easy to enjoy the craft of distillation.
This kit comes with the 35 Litre DigiBoil Electric Kettle and the Copper Reflux Still Condenser.
The Copper Reflux Still Condenser is designed to create high percentage pure neutral spirit. It features a flow management device, which makes it extremely easy to use. No need to worry about fine tuning the water flow speed. As long as your providing enough coolant or cold water running through the condenser, the flow rate doesn't matter. The purity of the spirit can be controlled by two included flow control inserts. These brass inserts come with a 1.0 mm hole and 0.6 mm hole. As the hole gets smaller, the rate at which the spirit exits the condenser will decrease, thus increasing your reflux ratio and the purity of your spirit.
Made from solid copper. When your hot spirit comes into contact with the copper, the copper acts like a catalytic converter to drive sulfur out of the spirit. This leads to less off-flavors and higher quality spirit.
