Light Dried Malt (20kg)
A great substitute for sugar that will improve the body, malt character and head retention of your beer.
Also suitable to make Yeast Starters.
Dissolve in fermenter with 2L hot water per kg, make your beer as normal.
If adding hops, mix LDM and hop sachet with 2L of water in a pot. Bring to the boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and leave stand for 10 minutes. Pour into fermenter and make beer as normal.
