Malt Blends improve head retention, mouth feel and body.
Use Malt Blend 1 to accentuate the true malt character and flavour of your beers. Specially blended from both fermentable and unfermentable sugars.
Dissolve in fermenter with 2L hot water, make your beer as normal.
If adding hops, mix malt blend and hop sachet with 2L of water in a pot. Bring to the boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and leave stand for 10 minutes. Pour into fermenter and make beer as normal.
