Special de-husked barley malt adds aroma, colour and body, with a mild. smooth flavour. For use in Dark Beer, "Salvator Bockbier", Stout, Porter, Alt Beer, "Bockbier" and "Schwarzbier and many others.
 
Use at a rate of 1-5%.
