Whirlfloc is the best to add to your brew just 10 minutes before the boil. It works by flocculating particals and as they come together and join they get heavy and sink to the bottom of your brewing vessel.
Instructions
Add 1 tablet for every 50L batch or just half a tablet to a 23L batch, 10 minutes before the finish of your boil.
